What to test.
What to test first.
Start in the Claims queue, open a held claim, and trace the reason it was stopped. Then find a ready claim and download its receipt packet.
What to ignore.
The pilot uses synthetic claim data. You are testing the check logic, review clarity, and whether the receipt is understandable without reading raw claim infrastructure.
What to report.
Flag any check result that seems unclear, any receipt that is hard to interpret, or any workflow step that requires technical background to navigate.
